Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) please can I have the following information 1) The list of external clinical experts the MHRA sought advice from in December 2020 regarding the HeartWare (HVAD) device produced by Medtronic. Please also provide a copy of their declarations of interest. 2) All recorded discussions / minutes etc at any Active Implant Devices Meetings from 1 Jan 2018 to the present day relating to the HeartWare (HVAD) device produced by Medtronic.
