Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information: The number of cases since January 2021 in which the MHRA has taken action against pharmacies, clinics, or companies for advertising prescription-only weight loss medicines to the public. A breakdown of the types of action taken (e.g. requests to amend advertising, warnings, enforcement notices, or prosecutions), by year. The number of cases that resulted in formal penalties or sanctions, and details of those penalties where available. If possible, please provide the information in a simple tabular format.
