This is a Freedom of Information request. Section 5 of the Government Efficiency Framework requires departments to have central data monitoring processes in place and to report efficiency savings to HM Treasury on a quarterly basis. Please provide a copy of the efficiency savings report submitted by your organisation to HM Treasury or DHSC for the most recently completed reporting quarter.
