Dear Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, would you please provide me with the number of notifications for cardiovascular (and separately) thromboembolic events you received using the Yellow Card system. I am interestered in events broken down by month and gender between 1 February 2021 and 1 January 2024 following exposure to Vaxzevria (previously COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca).
