I am writing to request copies of IDAPs (Investigational Data Assessment Packages), or their equivalent documents if IDAPs are not available, relating to sodium valproate for the following years: 1981 1984 1990 1994 2010 2019 2025 Please include any assessment summaries, safety reviews, or regulatory evaluations conducted in those years if possible. Should any of the documents be exempt or unavailable, I would appreciate an explanation or alternative sources.
